Last updated: DRAFT 16 Oct 2026, set on launch
In short: this website doesn't set any cookies of its own, and it doesn't use advertising or tracking. Visitor numbers come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. That's why there's no cookie banner. The only third-party content that can set cookies is the Calendly booking calendar and YouTube films, and they only load if you click to show or play them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking pixels, are covered here too. In the UK, sites must ask before using them unless they're strictly necessary to provide something you've asked for.
2. Cookies on this site
| Source | What it does | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|
| KJG Media | None. The logo intro on the Home page works out whether to play from the page you came from, so nothing is stored on your device. | No |
| Cloudflare (hosting) | Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from bots. It isn't used for tracking or advertising. | No (strictly necessary) |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts visits and page views so I can see how the site is used. It doesn't set cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn't track you across other sites. | No (nothing is stored) |
| Cloudflare Turnstile (Contact form) | A spam check that runs when you start filling in the contact form. It confirms you're a person, not a bot, and isn't used for tracking or advertising. | No (strictly necessary to send the form) |
| YouTube (Work and Home project pop-ups and In Focus episodes and trailer, only if you press play) | Films play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you press play, YouTube may store information on your device to play the video and measure views. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). | You choose by pressing play |
| Calendly (Contact page, only if you click “Show Booking Calendar”) | Calendly runs the booking calendar and sets its own cookies, some essential to booking and some optional. It shows its own cookie choices. See Calendly's privacy notice (opens in a new tab). | You choose by clicking to load it, then through Calendly's own settings |
3. Links to other sites
Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Calendly take you to those sites, which have their own cookie policies. Nothing from them loads on this site until you choose to visit or load it.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Calendly's cookies may stop the booking calendar working. You can still email kian@kjgmedia.co.uk to arrange a call.
5. Changes
If I add anything else that needs your consent, such as analytics that use cookies, I'll update this page and ask for consent first. The client portal, when it launches, will use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.
